Payment Terms
For new clients, our standard payment term is Advance Payment. However, after establishing a successful business relationship for at least one year, we may transition to CAD (Cash Against Documents) or another mutually agreed-upon term. Unless specified otherwise, all prices are quoted on an FOB (Free On Board) basis.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
A Minimum Order Quantity applies to all purchases. For standard instruments, the MOQ is generally 100 pieces. For specialized or custom items, MOQ is determined on a case-by-case basis. Orders that do not meet the minimum production requirement will not be processed.
Delivery Time
For products not in stock, the typical delivery time ranges from 60 to 90 days, depending on the order volume and type of instruments. For regular clients, we maintain customer-specific inventory, which significantly reduces delivery times.
Guarantee Period
All instruments come with a three-year guarantee against rust, corrosion, pitting, and any other manufacturing defects.
